The Trashcan provides the ability to have Users and/or Owners to restore previously deleted data records and files. This setting impacts storage capacity so if Trashcan is not enabled, deleting data records and files are permanent and reduces your storage but increases your capacity accordingly.

All Accounts and Users have access to unlimited private messaging within the system. Enabling Private Messaging shows and option when generating a message to make it private that not only encrypts the text message but irrevocably deletes the entire message immediately after first viewing the message. Private messaging does not allow attachments. Also, all private messages are never included in downloadable backups.

Enabling Flexible Sessions allows for a User to set the Session Timeouts from the default of 20 minutes to 1, 4, 8, and 24 hours. Since this setting has direct impact on Account security, the Owner has the right to disable this globally for all users. This setting is useful for Users that have 100% physical control of the device used to sign-in as leaving a 24 hour session open on an unsupervised public device is a large security hole! The up-side of this setting is reducing the number of Sign-Ins required when the User session timeout is breeched forcing a new Sign-In.

Every Form you create can be secured at the User level. But the default security allows for every user that has permissions to use the Form allows them to see all the Elements within that Form. Enabling Secure Elements allows for the Owner, Admin or creator of the Form the ability to lock out a specific Element from all CRUD or reporting where sensitive information is contained. Note that this setting can slightly impact Form and Report performance.

Provides public Survey Forms that allow an authorized user to create Surveys with as few or as many questions as desired. Surveys can be given in a specific time frame or open for anyone to use. There is an option to provide authentication keys to identify specific Survey takers if configured in advance with only their First and Last name and a unique token that is entered before the Survey. Surveys are not scored but all answers either multiple choice or essay in nature are stored and reported for the Account User authorized to use the feature within the Account. All reporting are available in HTML or downloadable PDF formats.

Provides advanced public and private Testing Form. This features provide the ability to create tests with as many questions as you need. Question answers are created using multiple choice answers to provide accurate scoring. Test scores can be instantly calculated at the end of the Test or at the end of the test period. Tests can be timed and also allow test takers to skip questions and go back to answer if within the test time. All test takers are provided a unique security key to authenticate them and can only be used once within the time testing period without being an invited User of the Account. This feature keeps overall scoring of multiple tests with multiple and unlimited 'classes' or 'teachers' for the Account. Advanced reporting is available in HTML and downloadable PDF formats for a single test to all testing within the Account.

FanSaaStic.com has integrated RESTful API features that allow you to have other applications capable of RESTful calls to securely perform all (C)reate (R)ead (U)pdate and (D)elete functions for Forms and Reports you create. Adhering to our 'No-Code' policy allows you to simply copy/paste the calls directly from the Form edit page along with the Primary or Secondary API Authentication Token specific to your Account. All tokens can be re-generated if a security breech occurs and access to API functions can be restricted on a user basis. All RESTful calls uses the same industry standard URL format of https://www.fansaastic.com/api/v1/formid/recordid on these HTTP Protocols: GET, POST, PUT, and DELETE. Responses are all in standard JSON format.
