Each Form consists of up to 250 Elements and, depoending on your subscription level, unlimited Standard or Advanced Actions.

Elements are the fields you add to Forms.
Elements are where you enter many different types of data, including short or long
text, numbers, money, dates, times, files, drop down lists, and even sub-forms if you have Advanced Reports.

Apps
Apps are collections of Forms and Reports.
Apps are designed to handle specific workflows within your Organization for various reasons.
Creating Apps is a simple act of adding Account Forms and Reports from your Forms Library.
Apps can share data between other Apps securely based on permissions set by the Owner or Admin.

Actions
There are two types of Actions: Data Actions and User Actions.
Data Actions occur when information is entered, changed, or deleted,
while User Actions happen when a user performs specific tasks within
your account. Both types can trigger notifications or reports in real
time or on a pre-defined schedule that you control. All workflows are
task-driven and fully reportable, providing automation for your daily
operations.

Reports
Reports are essential tools for transforming data into valuable insights.
They offer comprehensive filtering and sorting capabilities in both HTML and

Security
Secure Sockets Layer
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt all internet communications used by the most secure Financial Institutions. SSL network encryption is enforced for all data transfers, ensuring that your information is protected from eavesdroppers between your devices and our servers and the external services we use.
Strong Passwords
We enforce stringent minimum password complexity requirements to prevent data breaches caused by the number one reason for data breeches... weak passwords. Each Sign-In must use a unique and secret user name to identify the user, a complex password that must be at least 9 characters long and includes at least two lowercase letters, two uppercase letters, two digits, and any two special characters such as !#$%^&* as well as a Two Factor Authentication that provides a unique 6 digit code that lasts for only 30 seconds!
Password Management
At a minimum, all passwords must be changed at least once a year. If you need a more stringent policy, you can configure your account to require users to change their passwords as frequently as every month. This helps ensure password uniqueness and reduces the risk of accidental or intentional security breaches.
And, BTW, we never store your passwords. As a "better than best practice", FanSaaStic.com uses strong Quantum-Resistant password Hashing (QRPH).
Two Factor Authentication (optional)
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is widely adopted by high-security accounts. It involves using a six-digit code sent using a free third party authentication App to validate secure Sign-In's and for sensitive transactions. 2FA is mandatory and provides a level of security that goes beyond just usernames and passwords.
Email is Public!
In business, email is essential. However, all email, except those using security certificates, is unencrypted, open, and easily accessible to anyone with network access. To ensure security, 100% of the emails sent are only notifications based and only to authorized users that Opt-In and contain coded temporary web links, allowing secure access to your data only after propert authentication and use against thier permissions.
YOU are in Full Control
We never share your data with third parties. While this may seem obvious, it is important to explicitly state it. Our business model relies on subscription revenue, not on leveraging Big Data. Free services do that to stay alive (or publish advertisments), but we don't.
